Review the Guidelines, Policies, and Terms that Govern the Cyvatar Reseller Program

The Cyvatar Reseller Program Features & Benefits  describes program features, such as offering and training. Below are the specific policies for each of these program features. These may be updated periodically by Cyvatar. Any update to the policy and terms will be communicated to reseller Resellers in a timely manner. The Master Reseller Agreement shall supersede and replace any prior understandings and terms, oral or written, between Cyvatar and Reseller contemplated hereby.  

Offering 

Exclusive Package Discounts: Resellers may apply pre-determined package discounts based on their tier level. These discounts are only available to customers that book directly through a reseller. Discounts may be subject to change on up to a quarterly basis. Cyvatar will make available a table detailing the current discounts via the Reseller hub. Cyvatar will also notify resellers via e-mail when available discounts have changed. 

Custom Packages: Participating Resellers that are authorized to sell custom packages must abide by the requirements listed in the Reseller portal. The requirements may be subject to change on up to a quarterly basis. Any deal with a custom package that does not meet the then listed requirements will be rejected by Cyvatar and not serviced. Any exceptions must be approved directly by the Head of Channel Partnerships & Programs at Cyvatar via e-mail.  

Sales & Deal Registration: All final purchases will be made by clients via Cyvatar.ai e-commerce web pages. At the time of sale, customers will provide initial payment and recurring payment information. To ensure the deal is properly registered and attributed to reseller, reseller may have direct customer to their unique co-branded landed page and/or provider customer with unique discount codes.  

Reseller may confirm deal has been attributed via Reseller portal. If for any reason you believe a sale was not correctly attributed, please contact channel@cyvatar.ai with customer name and deal details. 

Joint Sales Support: Reseller may request and receive joint sales support from Cyvatar for deals valued at $50k+ per year. 

Service: Resellers may choose from two models of customer support dependent on their tier level 

  • Full Cyvatar Support: Under Cyvatar support, Cyvatar is responsible for all onboarding, implementation, remediation and management of customer service post sale. 
  • Reseller Support: Under reseller support, reseller is responsible for all onboarding, implementation, remediation and management of customer service post sale. 

Joint Marketing 

Participate in joint regional promotions such as e-mails, ads, events, etc. The easy-to-use portal allows you to view accrued Co-op (with ticklers to ensure you don’t allow it to go unused). The Reseller portal also includes direct contact information and an easy-to-use form to requested MDF participation for proposed joint activities. 

 

Reseller Resources 

Cyvatar provides all Resellers with access to FREE product training (excluding 3rd party training). In addition, we will post product updates, offering changes and notify regarding any known bugs as needed. 

Resellers can also collaborate with each other and with support via the Reseller Community, which can be accessed following the instructions in the below Reseller Community section.

Training 

Resellers have access to FREE product and market training from Cyvatar (excluding 3rd party training). We conduct these virtually as well as provide pre-recorded videos so you can get up to speed at any time.
