Your Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started as a Cyvatar Reseller

Following acceptance to the Cyvatar Resale program you will proceed with onboarding. Once you complete the steps below, you’ll be ready to bring in sales and start earning commissions:  

  1. Countersign your resale contract: You will receive an e-signature prompt from DocuSign to countersign your Reseller contract. THE CONTRACT MUST BE COUNTERSIGNED PRIOR TO ONBOARDING. Once you countersign, DocuSign will send you a copy of the completed contract for your records.
  2. Welcome Email – Your Next Steps  Within 48 hours of signing your contract, you’ll receive a welcome email with the following essential steps for you to complete.

    1. Access Cyvatar Partner Knowledge Base – Your go-to resource for FAQs, best practices, and training. 
    2. Set Up Your Referral Rock Account – This portal tracks your sales and commissions.(REFERRAL ROCK CREATING US A HOW TO)
    1. Get Familiar with the Cyvatar Platform - Sign up for a freemium account to experience the Cyvatar platform. 
    2. Stay in the Loop: Accept the Monthly Resale Call Invite to get product updates, sales tips, Q&A and more.
