How to Represent Cyvatar with Confidence Across Marketing and Social Channels

As our Cyvatar grows and matures, so does our brand image and brand awareness. More and more people everyday interact with Cyvatar and Cyvatar's content, and their experience will shape how they perceive and interact with our company. The guiding factor in this interaction between Cyvatar and potential new members is how we present our brand.

SOCIAL MEDIA 

Maintaining a professional and consistent voice across Social Media is an integral part of the Cyvatar Brand. When posting about Cyvatar please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Emoji Use 

Emojis are important to the Cyvatar messaging. They help with friendliness, relatability, and to visualize heady topics by concentrating them into recognizable symbols. Beginning a post with an emoji is a great way to draw the eye to a text-based post. Here are some commonly used emojis in our social voice:

🔊        important announcement 

🌐        global connectivity/internet 

🗣        someone from the company has made a public statement 

💜        Cyvatar love, care etc 

🏆        industry awards 

🎉        congratulatory announcement 

🔐🔒🔑frequently used to symbolize “security” “passwords” etc 

All other emojis can be used when relevant to a statement or article. For example, our partnership posts about fellow company Peachscore commonly began with the 🍑 symbol. Our “phishing” news articles were dotted with the 🎣. It’s all about the emoji helping drive home the message in a visual way.

Campaign Hashtags 

If Cyvatar is running a campaign, we would congregate all the posts by hash tagging them with the same campaign tag. For example, for our video campaign “Cybersecurity Slackers Anonymous” all posts relevant to the campaign would be tagged #cybersecurityslackersanonymous, or something short and catchy like #CSA or #CyberSlacker. The official hashtag will be decided by Marketing before launch and is to be strictly adhered for cohesiveness.
