Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is designed to give you a clear and detailed overview of your cybersecurity status. It is divided into several sections:
1. External Risk Exposure

RiskRecon Score: The RiskRecon Snapshot, powered by Mastercard, provides a comprehensive overview of your external cybersecurity posture. This score is updated regularly to reflect the current state of your cybersecurity posture.

Industry Ratings: Compares your ratings across different domains such as External, Application Security, Network, Email Security, DNS Security, etc. his helps you understand how your organization stacks up against industry standards and peers.

Risk Score Breakdown: Each domain is evaluated and given a rating that contributes to your overall score. The ratings are color-coded to help you quickly identify areas of strength and weakness.
2. Self Assessment

Cyvatar Score: Shows your self-assessment score (e.g., A, B, C, D score). This score is based on the CIS (Center for Internet Security) 20 framework, which is a set of best practices and controls designed to protect organizations from cyber threats. The CIS 20 framework helps organizations identify and implement effective cybersecurity measures across various domains.

Score Distribution: Visual representation of the distribution of scores across the different CIS controls.

Each bar in the graph represents a specific control.

Red or yellow bars indicate areas of weak security practices.

You can hover your mouse over any bar to see a description of the associated control.

By clicking on a bar, you can identify the highlighted Cyvatar solutions that will improve the controls identified.

Additionally, there is a "Purchase Solution" button that directs you to the e-commerce purchase page, allowing you to quickly acquire the necessary solutions to enhance your security posture.

Updating Your Assessment: It is important to update your self-assessment regularly as you make changes to your security program. Keeping your self-assessment grade up to date ensures that you are accurately prioritizing attention to address security measures in the appropriate areas. Regular updates will help you maintain an accurate view of your cybersecurity posture and effectively manage your security efforts.

Open Issues by Criticality: Breakdown of open issues categorized by their criticality levels (e.g., Critical, High, Medium, Low).

Current Status: Shows the number of open issues and their current status.

Trend by Criticality: Graphical representation of issue trends over time, categorized by criticality.

Details: You can click "See All" to view detailed information about issues.
5. Device Management

6. Project Management

Project Progress: Overview of the progress of your ongoing tasks.

Navigation Pane
On the left side of the dashboard, you will find the navigation pane with the following options:

User Settings and Notifications
At the top-right corner of the dashboard, you can manage user settings, view notifications, and access implementation details.
Cyvatar Member Profile
At the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, above the logout button, you will find the Cyvatar Member Profile. Here, you can:

View and edit your profile information.

Update your company profile.

Access important documents.

Manage user permissions and roles within your organization.
Logout
At the bottom of the navigation pane, you have the option to log out from the platform.
