      Cyvatar Platform User Guide: Notifications

      The Notifications section in the Cyvatar.ai Platform keeps you updated on the latest happenings, important updates, and tasks that need your attention.

      Accessing Notifications

      1. Locate the Notification Bell Icon:

          Found in the upper right corner of the platform interface.

        • A red dot appears on the bell icon when you have unread notifications. 

      2. Click on the Bell Icon:

        • This action will open the Notifications panel where you can view all your notifications.Cyvatar Platform_notification-panel

      Notification Categories

      The Notifications panel is divided into two main tabs: General Notifications and Events Notifications.

      General Notifications

      This tab includes a variety of updates and announcements such as:

      • Updates & New Features

        • Information on the latest Cyvatar release updates and new features added to the platform.

      • Support Information:

      • System Updates:

        • Announcements about system upgrades and changes.

      • Community Engagement:

        • Campaigns to engage with the community.

      Events Notifications

      This tab lists specific events or tasks assigned to you, providing details such as:

      • Task Assignments:

        • Issues or tasks assigned to you by other team members, including the issue numbers and the assigner’s name. 

        • Select the issue ID link to access and review the detailed information about the issue or task at hand.

        • The date and time of assignment, and a link to directly view the issues.

      Managing Notifications

      • Marking Notifications as Read:

        • To mark a notification as read, simply click on it.

      • Navigating to Detailed Information:

        • Some notifications include links (e.g., "Go to issues") that take you directly to the relevant page for more details.

      • Notification Settings:

        • At the bottom of the Notifications panel, you can find the "Notification settings" button. Clicking on this allows you to customize your notification preferences to ensure you only receive the alerts that matter most to you.

      By regularly checking the Notifications section, you can stay informed and ensure you never miss any critical updates or tasks assigned to you.
