      Cyvatar Platform User Guide: Member Profile Page

      The Member Profile page allows you to view and manage essential information about your company's account. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities of the Cyvatar Member Profile page.

      Key Features

      1. Company Information

        • Company Name: Displays the name of your company.

        • Customer Code: A unique identifier for your company within the Cyvatar.ai platform.

        • Expected Devices: The number of devices your company is expected to manage using the platform.

        • Number of Employees: The total number of employees in your company.

        • Member Domains: The domains associated with your company's membership. Click "View my domains" to see more details.

        • Company Status: Indicates whether your company's Cyvatar membership is currently active (Subscribed or Freemium).

        • Editing Information

          • To update your company information, click the "Edit info" button located next to the company details.

      2. Profile Picture

        • You can upload or change your company's logo by clicking on the "Change image" button.

        • The maximum image size allowed is 800KB.

      3. Attachments

        • This section allows you to manage files related to your company profile.

        • You can upload new files, download existing ones, or delete files you no longer need.

        • File List Details:

          Once the file is uploaded, it will appear in the list of attachments with the following details:

          • File Name: The name of the uploaded file.

          • File Type: The format of the file (e.g., PDF, DOCX).

          • Creation Date: The date and time when the file was uploaded.

          • Uploaded By: The name of the user who uploaded the file.

          • Times Downloaded: The number of times the file has been downloaded by other users.

        • Actions:

          • Upload a File

            • You have two options to upload a file:

              • Drag and Drop: Drag the file from your computer and drop it into the "Drop files or" area.

              • Browse: Click the "Browse" button to open your computer's file explorer. Select the file you want to upload and click "Open".

          • Download a File

            • Use the download button to save a file to your device.

          • Delete a File

            • Use the delete button to remove a file from the profile.

          • Searching Attachments

            • Use the search bar to quickly find specific attachments by file name.

      4. Additional Settings

        • Security Settings: Manage your account's security settings.

        • Notification Settings: Customize your notification preferences.

        • Settings: Adjust other account notification settings.

        • User Management: Manage and invite new users within your company.
